Frank is the Chief Executive Officer of Gulfstream Capital Group. Frank is responsible for the overall direction and oversight of the Firm. He has directly handled all acquisitions, dispositions and management decisions since inception. Prior to founding Gulfstream Capital Group, Frank co-founded and was the Chief Operating Officer of Gulfstream Assets, a proprietary equity- trading firm. He was responsible for the negotiation and management of the sale of Gulfstream Assets to Momentum Securities, a subsidiary of E*Trade Group, Inc. Frank began his career in the private client division of Merrill Lynch. Frank graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, with a B.A. in Economics.
Loy is Managing Director for Gulfstream Capital Group and has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 1998. Prior to joining Gulfstream, Loy was a principal with Lamar Real Estate Capital, which acquired and managed multifamily properties on behalf of private investors. Previous experience focused on debt and equity financing of commercial and multifamily properties as Executive Vice President with Henry S. Miller Investment Banking Group and Vice President at Kensington Capital/Berkshire Mortgage Finance. Loy graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, DC with a B.S. in Finance.
Maison is the Chief Financial Officer of Gulfstream Capital Group. Prior to joining Gulfstream, Maison was the CFO of a local Dallas healthcare organization which owns and operates multiple diagnostic laboratories, pharmacies and a medical spa. Previously, Maison spent 8 years in public accounting with KPMG and Whitley Penn focusing on audit and consulting of publicly traded and privately held companies. Maison is a member of the Board of Directors and serves as the Treasurer for the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas. Maison graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting and earned his CPA in 2007.
